No news of Adele needing to have surgery recently. However, she did have dental surgery in 09 and she did have a bout of laryngitis that caused her to cancel her current tour.

About Surgery
Surgery is an invasive technique employed to treat medical conditions inside the body untreatable by traditional medicine. Surgery could be anything as benign as having a tooth pulled, to stitches, to multiple by pass heart surgery, when veins are removed from parts of the leg and used to bypass clogged arteries and veins around the heart.
