Interim Vikings coach Leslie Frazier, naturally, said he'd be surprised if Favre doesn't add to his NFL record and make his 298th straight start this Sunday against the New York Giants.

Brett Lorenzo Favre is a quarterback in the National Football League. He is a 20-year veteran of the NFL, having played quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons (1991), Green Bay Packers (1992–2007), New York Jets (2008) and Minnesota Vikings (2009–present). Brett Favre is one of the most famous quarterbacks ever, and is also known for his indecision when it comes to retirement. Favre rumors of retirement started after his 2007 season with the Green Bay packers. He then retired after playing with the Jets and but came back to play with the Vikings. In August 2010 he once again considered retiring but then decided to play another season with the Vikings.
