One unhappy customer says. Cashback owes me over 700 dollars for 4 laptops that I purchased on black friday from HP. They cancelled my cashback saying that I returned the item, I contacted HP and they resent the transaction tickets, and I sent the information to the escalation team, after a month and a half of not getting any response from regulat cashback customer service
