Is getting nausea when laying on your stomach a sign of pregnancy?
There are several causes of nausea and vomiting. Most causes of nausea either involve the gastrointestinal tract or are triggered by feelings of dizziness (vertigo). Pregnancy, food poisoning, infection, anxiety/stress, and motion sickness are common.

About Nausea Pregnancy
Being nauseous during the early stages of pregnancy is common. Sometimes this is referred to as morning sickness. Typically, the nausea goes away later in the pregnancy. Many women do not experience it at all. Some mothers who have more than one child find that they have nausea for one pregnancy and not with another.
