Guacamole is, in general, quite healthy for you. It contains a high concentration of vitamins, nutrients and a beneficial ratio of fats. Be careful though, unfortunately not all commercial dips marketed as guacamole contain primarily avocado. Make sure you read labels to make sure you are getting a quality product. ChaCha!
