"Good" is a matter of opinion. If you enjoy RTS games and halo, you'll probably like it. IGN gave it an 8.4. Maybe rent it first?

It scored an 82.15% on www.gamerankings.com. So i'd say its a decent game but nothing it was hyped up to be.

If you have never played an RTS then you might want to earn the experience with Halo Wars, especially if you love the FPS Halo's.
