Hookah is a middle eastern water pipe. Smoked with only shisha (flavoured tobacco with molasses). I've never tried it. ChaCha!

The tobacco is no less toxic. Hookah smokers actually inhale more tobacco smoke than cigarette smokers. Keep doing the ChaCha!
