Incest is sex w/ relatives that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it takes place. Every state has some form of incest laws. Rhode Island repealed its criminal incest statute in 1989, Ohio only targets parents, New Jersey it isn't illegal if both parties are 18, Massachusetts it is up to 20 yrs in jail, and Hawaii up to 5 yrs in jail for 'sexual penetration'.
