Is it against the law to use someone's address for doctor bills or credit cards without their permission?
It is absolutely against the law! It would be getting dangerously close to identity theft and I wouldn't recommend it. At a minimum it would be considered a type of credit card and/or insurance fraud. Be careful and ChaCha again soon!
