Is it bad to eat a whole can of baked beans?

It's not horrible. A 1/2 cup (probably about 1/2 to 1/3 of the can) has 160 calories and 1 g fat. So you would probably eat around 400 calories. That's kind of a lot in baked beans, but if that is your whole meal, its not that bad. Not very nutritional, though. ChaCha!
