Is it bad to take a cold shower right after lifting weights or working out? Do you get the best muscle benefits from that or should you take a hot shower or should you even shower at all?

Most body builder think it is better to take a warm, or hot shower after working out. This is stretch out and relax your muscles. Cold shower make them contract and this may make your muscles sorer.
