Is it better to store chicken liver in a freezer or a refrigerator?
Chicken (and parts like livers) shouldn't be stored in the fridge longer than about 2 days. If you're wanting to store the livers longer than that before use, put them in a ziplock or other airtight container and freeze them. -ChaCha
