Is it constitutional if Hilary Clinton declares that Bill Clinton will be her running mate for the 2008 election?
It's unclear if Bill Clinton would've been able to be vice president. The 22nd Amendment says he can't be elected to the presidency, and the 12th Amendment says you can't be nice president if you're ineligible to be president. However, Hillary has said that she does not intend to run for the presidency again, so this isn't an issue. ChaCha
