Is it illegal for a passenger to ride in the bed of a pickup truck in the state of Arizona?
Arizona has no state law against a passenger riding in the bed of a pickup truck; however you wouldn't be wearing a seatbelt, so you could get pulled over and cited for no seatbelt since its illegal to not wear a seatbelt. ChaCha for now!
