Is it legal to drive passengers under the age of 18 with a learner's permit if you have an adult over the age of 25 in the car?
Minors can be present if there is an adult in the car, who is at least 21. The adult must have a driver's license for at least 3 years and be sitting by the driver. Under 18 passengers who are related to you the driver (spouse, sibling or other family members who live in the same house) can ride in the car with you.
