Is it normal to have a bump behind my right ear but not my left?
It probably isn't normal to have any bump where a bump does not belong. Generally bumps don't pop up on both sides of the body at the same time, so it would be normal to have one on one side and not the other. If the bump is painful or irritating, you may want to see a doctor. It could be a zit or a cyst as well. Good luck!
