Sleeping You're bound to have trouble sleeping at some point during your pregnancy, especially during the first and third trimesters. It's completely normal. Try using pillows for back and belly support. If you suffer from heartburn, experiment with an extra pillow to raise your head while sleeping. ChaCha on!
