Is it ok to sit in a hot tub the night before a half marathon?
Hot tubs and saunas can relax your mind and body before a race. You can use these a week before or the day before the event. Be careful not to overdo it. Staying hydrated (4-6 oz every waking hour) is the most important thing. Good luck!
