Is it true that in order to get your immigrant visa you must first have your return ticket to were you are traveling from?
When you enter the US with an immigrant visa, your passport is stamped to show temporary permanent residence. It is valid for one year. To get an immigrant visa you do not need a return ticket. ChaCha out.
