Is it true that sprint is charging additional fees to txt chacha?
Sprint is not raising the direct cost a customer pays for a text msg. But they are charging companies like ChaCha more a lot more money to transport messages to Sprint customers. Presumably, Sprint wants their business to be more profitable, so they are adding extra fees. These fees make the cost of providing free answers from ChaCha too expensive, so ChaCha has no other choice but to drop Sprint from SMS.
