Is it true there are real people that dress up like super heroes and fight crime?
Yes! As people become disillusioned from financial woes and a downtrodden economy and look to put new purpose in their lives, everyday folks are taking on new personas to perform community service, help the homeless and even fight crime. There are support groups available for these people!

About Crime
Crime is the breach of rules or laws for which some governing authority can ultimately prescribe a conviction. Individual human societies may each define crime and crimes differently.
About People
People are, well, people, as the cliche saying goes. We are all people. The people of the United States, the people of Utah, the people of Chesterfield, Indiana, the people of football, working people, who care about other people and the people who spend way too much time playing video games are all people. Technically, grammatically speaking, people is the plural of person. It can also mean an ethnic or national group.
