Justin Bieber had previously stated that he would gladly take a DNA paternity test when he returned from his European tour and then sue Mariah Yeater for defamation. Then on Nov. 17, 2011 text messages between Mariah and a friend were released where she admited that Bieber isn't Tristyn's father and that she is trying to get money out of him.
