Miley Cyrus is not pregnant. All of the rumors have been put to rest, Miley isn't having a baby anytime soon. She has a career on the rise and she's a commited and happy relationship but children isn't something she's ready for. Besides as far as Miley has said she is still a virgin, which would make it impossible for her to be pregnant.
