Barack Hussein Obama II born August 4, 1961 is the 44th president of the US. He took office on Jan. 20, 2009 and is Democratic. He is the first African American to hold the office. Obama previously served as a US Senator from Illinois. His Vice President is Joe Biden. He is married to Michelle Obama and has 2 daughters. Love, ChaCha!
