Is occupy wall street protected by the first amendment?
Occupy Wall Street is protected by the first amendment and they have legally and constitutionally defensible rights to speech and assembly, but broadly given powers also have limits. ChaCha anytime.

About Occupy Wall Street
Occupy Wall Street is a grassroots revolutionary movement that started Sept. 17, 2011, after the nonprofit and online magazine Adbusters posted a call-to-action asking people to camp out and conduct peaceful protests on Wall Street. Participants of the revolution are demanding that corporate greed end, and they want President Barack Obama to create a commission to stop the influence of corporate money in Washington. This movement has spread to cities across the nation, as people continue to be concerned and unhappy with the US government and economy.
