Is planet x real?
There is no convincing evidence for Planet X but that does not mean it does not exist. It could exist provided it is far away.

About Planet X
Planet X is a theoretical planet thought to be beyond the orbits of Neptune and Uranus. Astronomers thought this planet could exist because of eccentricities in the orbits of the two ice giants. In the 1990s it was discovered the eccentricities were due to an over estimation of Neptune's mass. It is widely agreed that Planet X does not exist in our solar system.
