At the closest point, Pluto is 2.67 billion miles from Earth. Pluto, (now a dwarf planet) at 3000 km in diameter and a mass of 1.3050  x 10^22 kg, would be the 9th closest planet to the sun at 6000 million km, with a tilt of 119.591 degrees. It makes a full rotation in 150 hours and takes 250 years to go around the sun. Lastly, it has 1 moon, no rings, and an average temp of -230 degrees Celsius on its' sunny side. Dwarf planets are not recognized as actual planets, so technically, no Pluto is not a planet.
