Is President Obama a Muslim?
President Barack Obama was born August 4, 1961 at Kapi?olani Hospital in Honolulu Hawaii. His mother was raised Christian, and his father was raised Muslim but left Islam as a young man. Barack was raised in a Christian family, & joined the Christian church as an adult. He has never been a Muslim or lived in Kenya, although he lived in Indonesia from age 6 to 10. ChaCha!

Born in Hawaii, he is a United States citizen, although he exprienced other cultures as a youth, living with his mother in Indonesia, for example. He graduated from Columbia University and Harvard Law school.

Barack Obama is the 44th President of the United States, and the first African American president of the United States. He was born in Hawaii, where he went to high school. He started his undergraduate studies in Los Angeles but soon transferred to Columbia University in New York City, where he graduated. He worked for awhile as a community organizer in Chicago, then entered Harvard Law where he was Editor of the Law Review. A stint as an Illinois State Senator, then a U.S. Senator from Illinois, was followed by his nomination and election as President in 2008.
