Sleep Walking Sleep walking is a type of condition in which a person is performing tasks and walking around while sleeping. Sleep walking is most common in adolescences, however anyone can really experience this. Sleep deprivation, chaotic sleep schedules, fever, stress, magnesium deficiency, and alcohol intoxication can trigger sleepwalking.
