About Steroids
Steroids are synthetically created drugs that mimic male sex hormones and are used to gain advantage in athletic performance and to stimulate muscle growth. Though steroids are only available via prescription, they are often abused, especially by athletes.
About Liver Disease
Liver Disease is a blanket term describing any number of diseases that affect the liver. They include hepatitis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, cancer, and primary biliary cirrhosis. Many liver diseases are accompanied by jaundice and an increased level of bilirubin, which results from the breakup of hemoglobin of dead red blood cells. Normally the liver removes bilirubin and excretes it through bile.
About Heart Attack
Heart attacks are scary things, and can happen to just about anyone, any time. They are the result of a stoppage of blood flow to the heart causing blood cells to die. This usually happens because an artery has been blocked by plaque made up of lipids and white blood cells. If heart attacks are left untreated they can result in severe damage to the heart or death.
