Central Park is an 843 acre reservation in the midst of bustling New York City. Central Park is visited by over 35 million visitors each year, ahead of Washington D.C., and behind only Times Square for the most visited destination in the United States.
About New York City
New York City is the most populous city in the United States and home of the United Nations Headquarters. About John Lennon
John Lennon was one of the founding members of The Beatles, and a major creative force. His collaboration with Paul McCartney is one of the most productive in the history of music. He was murdered in late 1980, and mourned worldwide. In recent years his work for peace, which was done with his wife Yoko Ono using a playful manipulation of the media, has been recognized as an important contribution.
