Subway sandwiches are healthy if you cut out a lot of the cheese and meat and sauces. The vegetables are the healthy part.

It depends on what you eat. A turkey or ham sub on wheat, with plain chicken, roasted chicken or veggies, is healthy for you.

Subway is pretty much just a step up from McDonalds. It would be better for you than burgers and fries but it is still fast food.
