Is tea bad for you?

Rate This Answer

Coffee, tea, and colas help to put stains on your teeth. Repeated drinking without brushing your teeth afterwards (especially not through a straw) leaves the tea on your enamel, causing staining! With that said tea by itself, in moderate quantities, is not bad for you. Add sugar or artificial flavorings? That's not good.
