Darren Criss made a huge impression this week when he debuted in the role of Blaine on Glee. As an openly gay glee clubber at The Dalton Academy, Criss wowed viewers with his rendition of Katy Perry's Teenage Dream. However, Darren Criss is not gay. About Glee
'Glee' is a musical comedy series on FOX that premiered on May 19, 2009 and follows a high school Spanish teacher who becomes the director of the Glee club at William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio. He has hopes of returning it to its former glory, and despite initial criticism from schoolmates and faculty, the Glee club continues to improve and eventually recruits football players and cheerleaders to be a part of the singing sensation.

Darren Criss made his first appearance on the November 9, 2010 episode of 'Glee' playing gay student named Blaine who mentors a younger student who has been bullied. Criss first became famous from YouTube for "A Very Potter Musical" and "A Very Potter Sequel" which went viral.
