Is the deadline for a business to file taxes April 15 or do they file taxes at a different time?
Business Taxes as stated on the IRS webpage fall under the same general April 15th deadline that is without an extension. If given an extension, the new deadline is in October. ChaCha!

About April 15th
April 15th is the day by which all taxpayers must file their taxes with the state and federal governments. Exemptions are fairly easy to obtain, however. An exemption allows taxes to be paid at some specified later time, usually within the next quarter.
