November 1, 2011 is not a federal holiday, so US post offices should be open today. Mail will be picked up and delivered as normal. ChaCha again soon!

Yes. The USPS is open every day except for Sundays. But since tomorrow is Tuesday, every USPS across the country will be open. ChaCha!
