About Computer
A computer is a programmable machine that responds to a set of instructions and can execute a program. The major parts of a computer are memory (RAM), a data storage device (hard drive), input device (keyboard or mouse), output device (monitor), and the central processing unit. Computers have been around longer than one might think.
About IBM
IBM, short for International Business Machines (NYSE: IBM), was founded by a merger in 1911 as the Computing Tabulating Recording (CTR) Corporation. By 1924 it had become international in scope and changed its name to IBM that year, when Thomas J. Watson took the helm of the company.
About Wii
The Nintendo Wii is the best-selling home video game console of this generation with over 86 million consoles sold worldwide. Released on November 19, 2006, the Wii captured the attention of the world with its unique motion controller features. On June 7, 2011, Nintendo announced its successor, the Wii U.
