Is there a chance i'm a paternity chance that a man can be less 99.9 percent positively the father of a certain child?
Yes, some paternity tests aren't as good at measuring paternity. The tests use strands of DNA, and if all the strands tested are from the father's DNA, the results can not be as positive. ChaCha!
