Is there a way to make naturally straight hair permanently curly?
Using chemical perms, it is possible to keep one's hair curly for up to 6 to 8 months. While it isn't possible to keep one's hair permanently curly, it isn't uncommon to have permanently straight hair by also getting a perm. ChaCha!
