Is there anyway i can jailbreak a Verizon envy touch so i can use it as a phone without having to have a data plan?
You can unlock your Envy Touch phone to be used with a different carrier. They may not charge you the mandatory monthly data rate that Verizon would charge, but it does depend on the carrier.
