About Coffee
Coffee is the engine of civilization. That little tiny bean with the caffeine has been part of the working day for hundreds of years. Even cowboys enjoyed coffee around the campfire.
About Espresso
Espresso is a concentrated form of coffee, made by pressurizing hot water and forcing it through finely ground coffee. The consistency is a bit thicker and has a bit more foam. Two one ounce shots of espresso have about the same amount of caffeine as a standard six ounce cup of drip coffee.
About Milk
Milk is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is produced to provide food for the young before they are able to digest other foods. Milk also serves as a way for the mother to pass on immunities and antibodies to her young. What milk actually contains depends on the animal it comes from, but most milk contains protein, saturated fats, vitamin C and calcium. In most western societies, cow's milk is the most prevalent.
