Late periods can be caused by a lot of stress going on in your life. I would have a blood test done for pregnancy at your doctors.

About Pregnancy Test
A pregnancy test is a convenient and accurate way to see if someone is pregnant. At-home tests are performed by the woman urinating on the stick, which intern determines if the hormone (HCG) is present. If HCG is detected, then the pregnancy test will reveal it either by a color change, or digitally depending on the type of test. Most tests are accurate 99% to 100% of the time, but there are still conditions which can produce a false negative.
