Is there such thing as attempted vehicular manslaughter?
Legally speaking, there is no such crime as attempted vehicular manslaughter as per Williamson V. State, a 1987 Florida case. People certainly may attempt to kill someone with a car but that would no longer be vehicular manslaughter but murder.
