About Airplanes
The modern airplane works by using a jet engine to create forward motion (thrust) accompanied by lift created by the wings. Since ancient times the human species dreamed of flying, and many Greek legends (Icarus, for example) reflect this passionate interest. It wasn't until the Wright Brothers successfully made the first controlled, powered and sustained heavier-than-air human flight on 12/17/03, that the dream became a reality.

These devices include but are not limited to, cell phones, computers, tablets, TVs, MP3 players, video game consoles and much more.
