Tupac Shakur's death isn't so much of a mystery now. Dexter Issac, a lifer in prison, claims he was paid by rap manager James Rosemond and P Diddy to rob and shoot Tupcac in 1994 which is the event that escalated the tension between the east and west coast rap scenes. He says he didn't kill Tupac or Biggie Smalls but knows who did, and he will release that information at a later time to give closure to their mothers. ChaCha is here for you.
