Is Verizons prepaid unlimited talk text and web plan truly unlimited?

Like most of today's "unlimited" plans, when Verizon says unlimited it technically is, however what it really means is that you get "unlimited" talk and text (with no practical limits) but when it comes to the data used for things like surfing the Internet, you are "unlimited" up to 5GB of data - after that, the speed is throttled down to very very slow speeds, and even that is capped to a point. Go over that and then you start paying an overage fee. ChaCha!
