Alcoholic Fermentation is when sugars are converted into alcohol & carbon dioxide by the action of yeasts, molds, or bacteria. Fermented grapes are considered alcoholic but should not be eaten unless they are correctly processed and cleaned. You would have to eat several gallons of fermented grapes to become drunk.
