It is normal to have bleeding after Plan B. But it is also normal to spot in the first few weeks of pregnancy. When you take Plan B it disrupts your cycle. You should take a pregnancy test or see your doctor to be sure.

Plan B will not affect an existing pregnancy, but better to be safe and not take it if you suspect you are already pregnant.
