Should I deworm my puppy immeadiatley, even if I don't know she has worms?
As far as I know it will not harm the puppy, but make sure you speak with a vet and get a recommended dewormer, the over the counter products at pet stores can make your puppy very sick.

About Over The Counter
Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines are those drugs that you can legally buy without a doctor’s prescription. Some over-the-counter medicines relieve aches, pains and skin irritations. Some prevent or cure diseases, like tooth decay and athlete's foot. Other over-the-counter drugs can help manage recurring problems, like migraines.
