It's mostly a matter of opinion, as both Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 are great games. Fans of strategic, team-based multiplayer will prefer BF3, but MW3 will be fast-paced and has the new Spec-Ops Survival mode. Ciao, bella!
